I had this issue and for me i kept everything to default settings then switched from direct11 to direct12 then restarted and then switched BACK to direct11 and obviosuly restarted. My friend had this issue too and i told him to do this and it works fine for him too. Also putting this in origin launch options is useful too (might as well try): +fps_max 144

@slybridge It worked for you? What about your cpu usage when in game?
Almost everyone here (Including me) has the problem where the usage is stuck at 100%.

@slybridge I tried this for the second time now but it hasnt worked unfortunately... I think you may have had a different issue than what all these other posts are reporting about
