PC performance info gathering thread.

What precisely happens for you?

      Random freezes and FPS drops. Changes to the graphics settings have no effect on performance so I just play on ultra. 

Where do you see this issue? If it only occurs in certain modes or regions, please list them.

      This will happen anywhere in the game and even on the start screen. Mostly happens when I, or other people move or do anything and it even happens if I stand still and look at a wall. Multiplayer matches are unplayable and the solo missions are difficult to get through. DirectX12 makes it much worse for me so I keep it on DirectX11. I found that restarting the game 3 or 4 times makes it a little better, to the point where I can play a little multiplayer.

If you monitor your PC performance, what do you see for CPU and GPU usage?

      CPU usage is always at 100% while the GPU is between 20-40 %. CPU goes to 100% as soon as the game launches and doesn't fluctuate at all, even at the start screen.

Please attach your dxdiag info This will have critical software and hardware information.

Have not tried clean boot. Less people on screen does help but doesn't fix it. 

My Specs:

CPU: Intel I5 6500

GPU: GTX 1070ti

Ram: 16Gb DDR4
