I can run the game fine on ultra in single player and when not much is going on. But when it comes to multiplayer where there is a lot of stuff happening I get huge fps drops and stutters.

I have a GTX 2070, i7 8700 and 16 gb ram. So specs aren't the problem. Please fix this because it ruins game play.
