@in2action Thank you so much! I figured it was only the license file so I just deleted the below file and it worked:

C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License\71592.dlf

@EA_Cath Anything new on that bug ? It's incredibly frustrating to purchase a game that you're unable to play...

Finally, an answer confirming they atleast know about the issue, thank you. Someone deleted my thread detailing a question about whats going on without bothering to answer and I still dont have a reply from support. Extremely frustrating.
