Community Manager@Kharthos When you installed on the new system, did it populate the same license folder?
No, the folder dont even exist on the new System. I freshly installed EA App and PvZ on this Device.
Community Manager@Kharthos When you deleted the file in the license folder, did you delete all of them or just that one single file? Were there more files in that folder?
On the new system, do you have more than one drive installed? With this game, it should install that license folder if it is installed through the EA app, so that could be an issue with the game linked to the account.
I deleted the 71592.dlf File. Yes there were about 8 files in the folder. What do you mean with multiple drives? I got only drive C on the other System.
Community Manager@Kharthos A lot of players have more than one hard drive, most have a normal HDD and an SSD for their OS. if you only have one, that is okay just want to make sure that you don't have two as some will install the game on a different drive than the EA app which is why they may not see certain files or folders as they are in a separate place.
If you have more files in there just delete them all.
