Currently, there are some players who are having a similar issue in BFN as those did in GW from the reset thread here!
There seem to be a few issues happening.
Maxed out characters
Reset Characters
"Banned" access limiting which modes you connect to.
If you are receiving one of these, please post the following info below. We need this info to pass along to the team so that they can check this out. If your info is not listed, they wont know which account is yours or what logs to look into, so please post as much info as you can.

@EA_Shepard Thanks for your attention, but before I report my information, I want to report a serious bug about the Frostbite engine, which you use to produce shooting games.
We know you use a hidden personal ID (PSD) to identify and read player's account archives and information. Normally, we cannot see it; we only see the player's username in EA, but hackers can see the player's hidden personal ID (PSD) with the CE memory viewer. And they will modify their PSD and username to someone else's in the game, and then refresh the game so they can view other player's accounts and modify other player's game data.
This is a very serious issue because we cannot tolerate other people to view our account and modify our game data. Please share this information with the EA programmers and ask them to fix this bug; otherwise, there will still be other people who will suffer from this issue endlessly, and we will have to report them again and again.
