PC PvZ Garden warfare did not Work Once yet.

I have bought the game September 2013, the Deluxe Edition!, was so excited of playing such great interpretation of the original game, release came and the game did not work, I have been waiting a while and yet stil the game won't work, Repair \ update, it never changes, C++++++ \ DirectX 10000000, nothing, two to three months have passed since the release and All I feel is a Waste of money.

The Error I get - PVZ.Main_Win64_Retail.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). click  OK to close the application.

as it seems I can't ask for my money back, Bound to be disappointed of EA yet again.
