[PC] PvZ GW 2 Missing Character Upgrades for Mastered Characters

i have the same problem too my damage upgrade for metal petal is missing and I don't know how to get it back

Hey, @TTVBaldman2277 I am happy to hear that it was fixed. Not slow no. Busy.  Lots of boards. Lots of games. Many, many players and issues to look at. As we are not live support, we don't do a lot of one on one replies all the time.

    Do you know a way or someone to refer to help obtain these missing upgrades? I saw someone who reset their account which ended up letting them get the upgrade again which worked.
