[PC] PvZ GW1 Freezes On Launch

@12jn00gb Seems to be common at the moment. I tried from two different PCs and it wont launch. I let the team know about it. They have been trying to fix GW/GW2 so it may be due to what they are trying to fix.

Any new info?

I asked my friend for access to his account (he also got this game) and the game launched without any issues. It means the problem affects only some accounts and has no connection with hardware.

UPDATE:

It got fixed today! I think it was related to the banning exploit, because one of my characters lost level progress. (Cheaters have found a way to modify other players' level. They can corrupt game data and that's why people can't launch the game.)

We are going in the right direction.

@teimonn What happened when it was fixed? Did you do anything different on your end?

I didn't changed anything, so I don't know what issue can it be. I've searched every forum about my problem and I don't get any reply or resolved thing

@teimonn No worries. I know we had some people looking at the game on the backend. They may have updated some things on their end. Thanks for the response!

@teimonn We would not be able to answer that as we aren't the ones who look over game data. That is done through a different team and timeframes are based on what other issues are happening across the board.

Still not fixed....
