[PC] PVZ GW2 | Intel Celeron N3050 | Is there a way to make it not lag?

I'm using an Intel(R) Celeron(R) N3050 1.60 ghz (and i know it really isnt compatible with the game)

But I just wanted to know if there is any kind of way to boost the fps and reduce the lag atleast to get it to 20 fps.

I am using launch options that boost the frames but it still seems to not help as much so I hope there is some way to fix this.
