Penalties for People who abuse glitches/bugs.

This is a very sketchy topic. Many people have their own opinions on the matter and I understand that. Obviously implementing penalties for these people will be difficult, but honestly I think there needs to be a system. Firstly, the 'rapid fire' bug with steam blaster for Scientist. It has been going mad over Reddit and Discord. Obviously I'm not going to explain this glitch, but basically it increases the steam blaster's rate of fire. Due to the fact the Steam Blaster needs a slow ROF to make it balanced,this is why the bug is game-breaking. If anyone does know the glitch DO NOT SPREAD IT. And for anyone who doesn't DON'T ASK ANYBODY. This is a glitch that gives an unfair advantage to the zombies. Many people will know about this and this isn't what I want to talk about.

I was trying to complete my character challenges in a public giddy park server yesterday as zombies and tbh I find something very annoying and frustratin. Currently, there is a method for acorn to get into the zombie 'spawn' in the giddy park section, and I saw a lot of max rankers abusing this. Manyy people know about this, but don't spread it. The problem is when a glitch like this comes out, the majority of the community will listen and won't abuse it. However there are a small minority that will take it too far and abuse this too much, to the extent of players' frustration. I first saw one acorn player, who repeatedly tried this and he was aware of what he was doing btw. And because other players saw him manage to get in, THEY ALL SWAPPED TO ACORN and decided to abuse this. There were about 10 zombie players who switched JUST TO ABUSE THIS. Me and someone else weren't part of this and I found it really annoying tbh. This post is just a general thing and I hope everyone knows not to abuse glitches. It ruins the game for people. Obviously if its something funny THAT DOESN'T AFFECT ANOTHER PLAYERS then its not so bad. But when it can affect upgrades, make them unbalance or just 'troll' people then its been taken too far.

I have a screenshot. It has come up with some player names. If one of the devs would like to cover the name or something Idk. But I just wanted to show u the extent of some of these glitches.

    First of all, let me start by saying that I don't know how to do any of these things, and I don't intend to know either. I didn't even know you were able to do any of these things, until now.

    Steam Blaster is already a really good upgrade and having players abuse its rate of fire, which is supposed to be one of its main weaknesses, but having this increased rate of fire.just makes the current situation much worse. It's already annoying enough to deal with as it is. I didn't know that Acorns were able to enter the Zombie section of Giddy Park with a glitch. It's not very fair for the Zombies as the Acorns get to camp in their spawn - I don't find that particularly nice. 

    Make sure to report this in the "Bug Reports" section of this forum with your screenshots of proof. Hopefully the developers will patch these glitches soon, as these are both potentially game-breaking.

    @Shadowphinx101 imo its probably much better to spread an exploit around. the more popularity it gets the higher chance popcap might notice it and fix it. The more people complaining the better. By not spreading it around and keeping it secret, we risk it not being fixed 😛

    I dont think players should be punished for abusing something popcap failed to balance out. we just have to endure this until next patch where these things will hopefully be gone.

    Yeah when you have the ridiculousness with the acorn situation I just reload Giddy and start again.

    Just to to let you all know... the acorn glitch is already known by the developers as it has been about for a some time...
    also the steam blaster rof glitch... I reported it a few days ago to EA staff and was informed that they thought the Devs knew about it already but that they would report it again and check to make sure they knew.
    Hopefully both will get fixed asap 🙂 🤞

    PS Giddy Park glitches such as the acorn one is one the reasons that many of us have had our Giddy Parks on private for many months sadly....

    Just rocket ride the lot of them (add free ride an upgrade that increases rocket ride duration per every kill) not a lot of people actually know to execute the glitch many just hop on the oak when the person that did get in glitches through.

    Try explosive escape as well, it could do some work. Use the Mech Hunter upgrade if you want your Mech faster as well.
