Pretty solid suggestions. I'm definitely on board with some rebalances, especially considering how advantageous the lack of damage drop off is in favor of the Zombies. The plants only have a couple of characters that benefit from no damage dropoff, the Zombies have a ton. The win ratio in Turf Takeover (that's where I spend most of my playtime, since GW1) seems greatly skewed in favor of the zombies, and one of the main issues is that the plants just seem so lackluster in comparison.
My only additional suggestion is that Kernel Corn should be brought back up to 150 health like he had in past games. His hitbox is massive, which is really frustrating when you're trying to avoid dying in a firefight. He's always been a huge target, but 150 health gave him *just* enough of a health advantage to offset how easy it is to shoot him.

Something I should add is that something should be done with Citron's Navel Laser. It does not deal great damage and it can't be cancelled and you are unable to move quickly, jump or sprint while using this ability. It basically gives the zombies a free kill if a Citron uses Navel Laser. Perhaps it should have a bit more damage, can be cancelled and gain the ability to jump. That would balance it out a lot. 🙂
