What system? PC doesn't have discs.
Confirm a different disc (game) spins and works properly (ideally one that isn't installed fully on the HD).
Try disconnecting power for a bit.
Need more detail on system to guess anymore
**edit ;; Looked at your other post and it's in the Xbox section. Do the above confirm it's spinning and working a different game. Clear Cache is a thing you can try.
