Have you tried what @JimRossBBQ mentioned?

You can do a clean uninstall/reinstall of the latest Graphics Drivers here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601

i am already done Update laters new amd driver still same ..after game picture loading popup and finish loading then game still canot launch ( my other game gta 5 can launch and run very smooth and well ) any other solution ?
