i am already done Update laters new amd driver still same ..after game picture loading popup and finish loading then game still canot launch ( my other game gta 5 can launch and run very smooth and well ) any other solution ?

  OK fine already bough new pc i5 processor 4gb graphics card 16gb ram then can run the game now ...with no problem...

  My graphics card is the best amd one and it doesnt allow me to play? may explain why?
