Plants Suck
Yeah, I feel better in my heart now I've expressed my opinion about this side. It isn't even one class that sucks, it's all of them. Fix Rose Buff Sunflower Fix Chomper Buff Cactus Buff Peashoo...
The point is that chomper is actually good and what I really don't want to see in the next patch is an op chomper (to add even more frustration to the players).
Chomper is good as it is, could be tuned a little but that is all.
The main problem of gw2 imho is the game design. Maps and plants was designed in gw1 having in mind the idea of an unstoppable swarm of zombies that plants as only to slow down.
Changing the map design and giving to plants an attacking role needed a real rework of plants design. Cacti is the weakest class by far, useless 90% of time not because the maths, but because what he is excellent at (sniping) is not that important anymore (just to make an example).
Yes, why do you think Zombies have more health and better attacking firepower, close range shotguns etc? Why do you think most of the Plants have longer ranged and more defensive abilities. Peashooter Gatling, Sunflowers Sunbeam, Cactus Mines and Tallnuts, Chompers Spikeweeds, the whole class is designed to suit a defensive role.
Chomper isn't fine anymore when you're trying to use it to attack, please read my edited post above to understand why. OP Chomper is what Plants need to take over capture points and attack OP Zombies. What are you suppose to do with him, walk around the entire map just to get one kill for them to respawn and kill you? Or walk through the middle and die before you reach half way?
Please try and understand the logic behind the madness.
Citron, Corn and Rose have been added, but are they strong enough and capable enough to combat a team full of Zombies? Rose is a joke now. Citron is weak, Corn is alright.
You can play any Zombie and attack/defend with it, you should be able to do the same with every Plant.

No, OP chomper is what is needed to mess the game even more.
First: I don't want balaced teams. I want balanced classes where every class is viable at least.
I don't want to be forced to choose between 2 op classes if I want to win. Giving that power to chomper will make it a BEAST in defense. Imagine having 4-5 in a team, I see little differences than having 4-5 super brainz.
Imagine 4-5 Chompers in a team? Kill them all at range, use Imp and get in a Mech, what's the problem?
Are you afraid to shoot down 4-5 attacking Chompers from across the map?! Engineer, Soldier, Scientist, All Star, Pirate, Imp and Superhero all have ranged capabilities, every single class can target an attacking Chomper.
You simply don't understand, Chompers don't shoot from ranged like Electro Brains. There's a massive difference due to this fact, which you don't seem to want to acknowledge.
Chomper should have more health than Superhero, and it's bite should be on par. That's balance.

If it's so easy killing things at range I really don't understand why scientists are so strong...
A chomper with 250 hp and 35 dmg destroys a mech 1vs1 if start attacking at beam time.
And even stones know that electro brainz is broken and should be changed asap, is really a bad example
