    This game will not run correctly on any Intel video chip, and that is the only video device you have any driver for (five years old, admittedly).  The minimum GPU is a Geforce 8800 GT, and if you had ever maintained your Geforce Optima for operation, it is not measurably better than an Intel video chip!   You also have a very low speed GPU, equally below the minimum requirement.
