I hear this problem from everyone I play. I have emailed EA without a response, post, email, or acknowledgement of any sorts that I or anyone I know has seen. At least recently(past 2 mos). I know it's not on the user end since I and many friends have played other EA games and other non-EA games without problems with server loss, time-outs, random internet connection drops, or lag so bad you feel as if you've been wisked away to the 90's.EA please do something about PvZ:GW servers welove playing it but are frustrated by the servers. We do count just as much as the Battlefield, Need for Speed, Madden, and other player out there.

Sorry if you have been having trouble however you need to be specific. What console are you on, where do you play from (Country), are you on wired or wireless connection (*I suggest Wired for shooter titles), what game modes does it happen in? Have you tried a power cycle if on Xbox One, have you rebooted the console?
Help.ea.com might require these when you put in a ticket

I'm in the U.S.. Xbox One, and wireless. I have done everything to maintain a connection with EA servers. Power cycling of both system, router and modem. I play fine on other games Titanfall, Halo, Peggle, Need for speed, Evolve, and etc... It's not my end it's EA's servers for PvZ:GW only reason I know this is friends close by and states and countries far away all have the same problem. We all play at different times to see if there is a possible server overload of traffic at any specific time and no avail. I've been playing Garden-ops, vanguish, and classic vanguish. Have been able to make through an 11 wave match every other game after 3 attempts of connecting to server. I have tried wired and still have the same results. Shut down every system that uses wifi to have just the One and same results. As i've said I can play any other game on the One without much if any problems of lag or server disconnect.
You're getting disconnected from EA servers during Garden Ops games? Does the message say EA servers?
Garden Ops isn't using EA servers, you're connecting directly to the hosting player of the match. If the message is saying 'You have lost connection to the game session' it means the host has left.

it says "lost connection to server" "connecting to EA server please wait" and "connection to server timed out" nothing about host connections.
- Anonymous11 years agoSame problem here... I'm from México and I also have the game on Xbox One. I've been trying to play for the last 3 days and I can't. I'm even wired but it just won't connect to ea servers.

How can you actually send a help question instead of just looking for answers? The answer EA gave is almost a year old and just says that they're working on it. Feel free to see my post at http://answers.ea.com/t5/PvZ-Garden-Warfare-Xbox/Unable-to-Connect-to-EA-Servers-for-PvZ-GW-I-m-going-crazy/m-p/4465911/highlight/false#M13508
