Can't log onto ea servers for plants vs zombies...is it ea or me?

Sorry if you have been having trouble however you need to be specific. What console are you on, where do you play from (Country), are you on wired or wireless connection (*I suggest Wired for shooter titles), what game modes does it happen in? Have you tried a power cycle if on Xbox One, have you rebooted the console?
Help.ea.com might require these when you put in a ticket
I have the same problem in PS3.
