Plants vs. Zombies - Battle for Neighborville PS4 on PS5: second player

Hello, 

Have a new EA server account and am trying to join PvZ:BfN as a second player to play split screen but it just endlessly says I am "connecting to EA servers". And when I tried to join as the main player it just crashed after I entered the verification code.

Is this fixable?

    Hey @janeklutzok , have you tried unplugging your console for a couple of minutes to do a power cycle and see if that helps?

    Ah thank you, I realised I hadn't linked my PS account to my EA account and it's now sorted. Thanks though.
