Plants vs Zombies : BFN fail to launch

PvZ:BFN won't run, crashes and produces a .dmp file

I've tried the troubleshooting on https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-app/game-download-install-load-troubleshoot/  to no avail.

I've attached the .dmp file.

The error: "The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access."
