Plants vs Zombies battle for neighboreville keeps crashing on launch

Question

Every time i try to load Plants vs Zombies BFN up it pops up with a tab saying the application has crashed and that it has started a memory dump, where it then tells me to go to the EA help service, which i have done but nothing they have said has worked, so i am stuck with what to do now, can anyone help?

Me too. I was going to create a post but it would be spam as this one is already created. I also have the same error. I deleted everything relationated to EA on my pc and still doesnt work.
