Just got the game for my son.
It told me to reset my password for ea, which i did but it still doesn't log in. It keeps telling me to reset my password

Hey @Escaleto,
Your Xbox might be linked to a different EA account that the one you're resetting the password on. Can you try signing in here with your EA account details to double check that it's linked?
