plants vs zombies battle for neighborville crashing when it is opened

when i open plants vs zombies battle for neighborville there is a black screen and then it crashes. does anyone know how to fix this? i already tried deleteing my cache running it as an administrato...

    @HexaTropgros Hey i fixed my problem guys! try starting origin as an adminstrator and then go to your gamefiles and open there the PVZBattleforNeighborville.exe as an adminstrator 🙂 I'm super happy that it worked i hope it does for you all too!

Did they ever fix the problem with non-ASCII characters in user names or is that still crashing on startup?

Nope it took my 3 days to understand that and play the gane

    @SkorpTheDopE Thanks, I can confirm that switching to an all ASCII account name fixed the crash problem for me too. I can't believe this bug was not fixed when moving from beta to launch. There is a non-English world out there that use other characters...
