Plants vs zombies battle for neighborville lost skins problem

i got a lot of skins in the game and i also have what i bought in rux, in the morning everything was still there, but by the afternoon all the skin was gone, however the progress of the game, my levels are saved but all my money and stuff is gone. i also changed the mac title as i read on various forums but it didn't help either, please help!
