Plants vs zombies Battle for Neighborville

Question

I’m playing plants vs zombie battle for neighborville on Xbox S series and when I press a to start. It keeps saying connection unable to connect to ea servers, please try again.

I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can do. Nothings working. Someone pls tell me they know how to resolve this! EA support and Xbox support didn’t help..

@jailbreak44 Hopefully it gets fixed and EA sees this.. I’ve tried watching YouTube videos for it and ppl experienced this with the game when it came out.. it’s gotta be a big or something. I just played the game the other day.. I don’t wanna lose my progress. I wanna say I played it Wednesday Night

My bf fixed it… he basically made my account have Xbox gold and made his Xbox my home xbox. Seemed to fix it.&nbsp;
