I dont think many Xbox 360 games support Smartglass companion apps do they?
Some do, Fable anniversary does.
The short answer is no, Boss mode is an Xbox One exclusive feature. It probably could be compatible if they wanted it to be but they won't, the next gen is here and they need selling points to move consoles. If you want the newest features and best versions of upcoming games, you need to upgrade and get a new console. It might seem like a lot but it is more than worth it, Garden Warfare looks ten times better on Xbox One and it has all the bits and baubles.
