The framerate is 60 fps in the menus, but once I get into a match, it goes down to about 30 and stutters constantly. What could be the problem? I spent 35 bucks on this damn game and I can't even play it.
The menu is a static menu and the game is rendering 3D models.
What is your computer? Need specs. CPU / GPU and driver versions are most hepful.
Some laptops have switchable graphics (Intel IGP + nVidia card or AMD APU + dGPU)

Your machine cannot be just the ordinary, average internet beater:
