Plants vs zombies garden warfare 1

Hi I have recently looked at my playstation trophies and found I got 97 percent on gw1 and I want the platinum but the problem is that I sold my Ps3 which I played it on and I want to get the ps4 version of gw1. Will the gw1 trophies from the ps3 version be transferred onto the ps4 version?
