I'm very excited for the new Taco Panic and Hot Headed Rumble modes!!! Interested to see which become favorites over the next few months.
How do you get the update? There are no update in my queue and no messages in my mailbox in the game.

The update came a few weeks ago so if you've been playing lately, you likely downloaded the updated already.
Just go to the Community Portal (in Town Hall in your backyard) and you'll find the events active on the respective dates.
Time to refresh this now that things are going. How’s everyone enjoying the first couple days? I’m pleased to see less afk players or modded movements. Random lobbies joined have seemed to be well balanced.

Yep we had some fun last night although my computer isnt behaving that well atm ...
However, last night in the portal while my partner was playing two hackers were on the opposite team.... sunflower queen with spawnable mystics..... Vamp Boss... super gpat.... etc
while its interesting for a minute watching these folk it is a bit disapointing that we are still having to deal with hackers regularly despite promises from developers to address it.
Takes away from the summer event and the new mode... fingers crossed they get bored quickly.
If we see them again we will report them or their names to the appropriate place. Not that it seems it will make much difference, while I know it must be hard to police this kind of thing.... other games seem to manage so not sure why its so hard in this case.
Anyway, thanks to the developers for the extra content and keeping this game going.... the new modes are adding some welcome variety and the community challenges with special hats is a great addition too specially for those who having been waiting literally years for them.
Loving the 2 new events every Tuesday 😃
