You can purchase Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 through this page, by clicking the Buy Now button at the top right corner.
She means the game itself, she mentioned in another thread that she'd like to buy the rights to the game so she can update this game (presumably to fix all the issues with it, such as the unobtainable achievements and the bring back beloved game modes like boss hunt)
