Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 PC Oh no failed to retrive you're save data!

When I load up Plants vs Zombies garden warfare 2 on PC It says oh no failed to retrieve save data! and when I press enter it says do you want to continue without saving I always get this message every single time when I load up the game can someone help me!
