Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2, Sticker Gifts not opening PC

When ever I try to open my 28 gifts it Freezes on Stocking The Sticker Shop, like it just continues to load it but doesn't let me back out of it and just never gives me the gifts, I can get into the ...

Indeed same problem for me ... no way to open any gifts since they’re not loading ...
please fix this, actually don’t wanna play without the gifts we’ve paid for.

Has anyone a fix for this issue ? i've tried many "recommended" stuff from EA support (reset DNS, change to ethernet, reset parameters ...)

Also tried the "User" cfg file, but it didn't work. (computer exceed requirements for sure)

But still , i'm stuck with this issue ...☹️
