i have vary bad lag too. my graphic card is AMD7990HD.
thats weird i have a 7970 and its super smooth for me on ultra. Solid 60fps on vsync. I am using latest beta drivers from amd and also you can try using mantle instead on dx11 see if it helps 🙂
your drivers is 14.6 beta ?? Can be used mantle on 7990??
7990 can do mantle yes.
