Me and my boyfriend still have issues with money. We didn't retrieved our lost coins + he's missing character (it's in stickerbook, but can't be used) and we both lost some items from opened packs. Newly he's struggling with stuttering lag. Game stops and music starts repeating itself. Before this week issues started appearing, his game run just fine. We are both playing from Czech Republic.
Hi there, sorry about this. You have the character in the stickerbook but cannot get him in game? Can you please make sure to enter a help ticket? If you do not get it resolved after that please send me a PM with your Origin info and Ill see if I can get someone to look into it.

Where can/should we file those tickets? I contacted EA (German support) two days ago and - even though the issue was already discussed here - my ticket got closed and I was sent a list of things to make sure it's not my computers fault. I would have answered again but I have to CALL support and the line seems always busy and I am not too eager to wait another 10mins and listen to your music.
