Where can/should we file those tickets? I contacted EA (German support) two days ago and - even though the issue was already discussed here - my ticket got closed and I was sent a list of things to make sure it's not my computers fault. I would have answered again but I have to CALL support and the line seems always busy and I am not too eager to wait another 10mins and listen to your music.
