Dude, I hade the same problem.You need to get a better graphics card.I recommend the amd radeon hd 5750 which is 66.00$. I know it is pretty expensive but you can also get a cheaper model but I recommend the amd radeon hd. I hope my reply helped you and any others with this problem. 🙂
The 5xxx series line is 5 years old FYI. I guess if your only playing this game and it works good... who am I to judge.
If you can post the error log maybe it'll give us more details? not sure.
I'm not so sure if that APU can do it though like was suggested.

I have no clue where to find the crash report. I'm hoping my apu can at least barely run it or else I have to wait tll probably next summer before I can ugrade to a better computer.
That's not the issue, I have a 7850 with 6gigs of ram and a triple core it has nothing to do with GPU(More with Dedicated RAM) It's probably a V-sync( issue turn off v-sync and turn your settings down and then start with your lowest settings turn your Texture settings up VERY slowly turn your aa off and turn you AF(anisitropic Filtering) and make sure you turn one setting up at a time to see if your computer keeps locking. I believe that it is based off the newest DICE engine or A derivitive frostbite 3 engine, so demands on your GPU, ARE very high Have at least 1gb of memory if you wanna turn your resolution above 1280x768 and have HIGH or VERY HIGH settings(I would go with Low settings, its' frostbite, it still looks beautiful on low). That is my best guess, and AA and AF are very Sensitive in NVIDia drivers so turn those all the way down, and make sure v-sync is off.
