    @Oshik1977 Thanks for the update. Have you been able to play in the past? What region are you in?

    Can you try downloading and playing the FIFA 17 demo?

I can't connect either. What a horrible gift to give a child. I can't even return the game cause it's opened. 

EA will you exchange ?
