    @Oshik1977 Thanks for the update. Have you been able to play in the past? What region are you in?

    Can you try downloading and playing the FIFA 17 demo?

such *, shouldn't have to go through all this nonsense to play a game, so disappointing, returning it.

Same here, downloaded the game from the playstation store, played it for a day or two before it wouldn't let us in. Very frustrating as I then bought a PS + account thinking that would solve the issue, which it hasn't, I feel like I'm throwing my hard earned money away. We're based in London.
