Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare unlocking glitch

My sunflower character completed the first challenge but the next ability didnt unlock, does anyone know how to fix this? It doesnt appear in the abilities list but the next challenge for it is avai...

Mines a bit different. I reached Level 10 but the achievement for reaching that level did not unlock. I also noticed that some of the acheivements that require multiple iterations (get x number of boasts, etc...) aren't counting either. I know for a fact that I got a 1st Strike Master Boast during a match and it says that I haven't gotten any. I've also gotten several Assist Master Boasts and it says that I have none.

Gotta get this stuff fixed.
