Well this is VERY disappointing. I just bought this game as well.  We are newbies to PS, so I was unaware that multiplayer meant that you had to have a subscription to play, I was thinking it meant more than one player could play that are sitting beside each other.  Will be a lot more careful next time and read all the small print on the box the next time I purchase any games. Not sure Walmart will take it back now that we have opened it.

Walmart would not take my copy back because it was opened. ☹️ I can't return the game and can't play it either.
