I bought the game plants vs zombies garden warfare xbox 360. But I can not access due to permissions in the user profile.
Should I have the gold plan, to play?

It sounds like you're referring to GW1? Anyway, yes. It's an online multiplayer game, and you need PS+ or xbox live to play.
