First guess is GPU drivers are either out of date or corrupted... likely out of date since it's a new computer.

Is it a laptop?

no its not a laptop but my previous computer was a laptop and it was working on there but yet again it was still very laggy

also my graphics card is i think 6850 or a 6870 and my processer is an fx-60

Doesn't the FAQ about including information mention using Pastebin?   I was going to give you a link to a previous FAQ atop the Tinanfall forum that seems to have disappeared, so here's this:

I had thought that if you came back with that, I could point you to the Titanfall forum, and a FAQ atop that Index Page, but it's gone.  I added something similar to the last post I'd written.
