i am trying to load up this game but it says i need to update and i dont know what to do or where to go to update it! please Help

it still says the application was unable to start correctly what does this mean and what do i have to do?

Community Admin@xVaNxVliEtx26 Hi, what do you mean with "still"? Previously you were reporting a separate error. Could you please restate exactly what you are clicking on on your end, and what error message you experience?
Regarding the updating process, if there are still issues, follow the instructions here to make sure your User Account Control is turned on and set to notify: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ie/windows/turn-user-account-control-on-off#1TC=windows-7

before it said there was an update and i thought that was the reason why it was not working but i updated and its still not working!
