Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare

Hi. I will try to keep this short as possible.

I have 2 kids ,both with xbox live accounts plus myself..

We have 3 xbox 360 , 1 each.

For xmas i bought myself and my eldest son xbox one.

We  were playing plants vs zombies split screen and online with few glitches but oyher than that , its fine.

My son has p vs z for his 360 and can play online no problem.

As my kids dont live with me we thought it would be great to play online with our new xb1 p vs z.

Problem is after setting his new xb1 up and installing p vs z he is unable to get it to work period..

On starting game it tells him something about not being able to get his saved game info and do you want to continue without save.

Selecting Yes the game says connecting to EA servers but no matter what sort of game he tries to start it tells him that it  no games matching our criteria can be found.

I've searched for answers regarding this problem but to no avail..

His xbox live is fully paid 12 months gold , unrestricted..

I can play no problem through my account but on his same every time..

I've also purchased 2 EA access 12 month paid .! each.

I've also got p vs z 2 pre ordered but not gonna be much use if i can't get this sorted....
