Plants vs Zombies Gw2- unable to connect 2nd player to EA server

I have been quite fustrated with this part of the game. I log into EA servers no problem with my main account. I created a second EA account so my kid can play with me. For whatever reason i can only...

New to this I set up ash we acct but used the same email address for all 3 kids and password. Was that wrong cause having trouble switching users

I think your first part there got garbled via autocorrect.  But I don't think you can link multiple accounts to the same email address.  Google "how to set up ea account" for details.
