Except for the washed out colors, it's been the same here. Also, the time it takes to zone into a game mode is a lot longer, too. I'm still not quite ready to do a factory reset yet though. As long as I can play the game, I guess I'll deal with it.
The fact that the city hall (in the backyard) is closed for a long time (currently, 3 weeks) is a bigger aggravation. Blocking access to the bird in there keeps me away, because I cap out at 200 stars and can't convert them to rainbow stars until the building opens. I'm at the point in my GW2 career that I'm playing to try to get all the items in sticker packs, so not being able to do this kills my reason to play.
Okay! The city hall opened today, so headed there first thing and converted all my regular stars to rainbow stars. So now I head into the quest board stuff, starting with 4 out of 200 stars to get. Did all 10 of the star reward quests and did not notice til they were done that I wasn't credited with ANY rewards for all the star quests. Game owes me 30 regular stars that I'll never likely get.
All the things broken are really starting to make me not even want to play this game anymore.

Just jumping in on this, I got game pass and my Son wanted to try this game. A brand new Xbox series X and the load time on this games is shockingly bad!
We are in July now so looks like you gave up trying to fix this. Typical EA.

I believe this is a game bug, as it's happened to me several times.
Whenever the town hall opens and you sell a bunch of regular stars (for rainbow stars), you don't usually get credit for quest rewards immediately after. The only way I've been able to fix it, is to quit the game after trading your stars and before doing quests. Then you get the rewards as you should. I don't know how many star rewards I've lost due to this bug. Now that I've figured out how to reproduce it, I just make sure to relog into the game after selling.
