plants vs zombies GW2 multiplayer

Hi I bought Plants vs Zombies last year November, but from then till now every time I go into the multiplayer portal to play it just says waiting for players. I have updated my game and still I have to wait for players. Then later it kicks me out because my character id just standing there and waiting.
