Plants vs Zombies GW2, There is a problem with your games set up.

I've reinstalled Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 multiple times, I've updated the EA app, and I've cleared the cache, but nothing works. I keep getting the same message of "There is a problem with...

I have the same problem after installing PVZ: GW2  on my new computer, no service here, so disappointed! Have tried a lot of solution provided by Google but still repeat this message, frustrated!
