Hi there,
Please see attached, when we load the game we get an error message regarding drivers and when the game does load none of
the controls work. I've set the game to use the NVIDIA graphics, spec as per the attached DxDiag file.

Hi your graphics hardware is a little under-powered. although plants vs zombies gw1 is listed as being compatable on intel site. I suggest you visit :- http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html?iid=dc_iduu and download the utility to check for newer graphics drivers. Their should be one dated 2016 or 16.___. then install the latest version that is not labelled "beta".
An Optimus 720M is no better than an Intel video chip, and BOTH of them are WELL below the minimum for either of the Garden Warfare games, sorry!
